This battery lasted 9 months. Can't complain because the price was half of a dell battery. It has a 1 yr. Warranty. Company replaced ASAP.

Initial impression good. Direct fit. Not easy to replace inside the computer but the difficulty is in the computer design. Once you get to the actual battery it is easy swap. Too soon to tell about product life but initial use has been very good

It was perfect. Everything from the packaging to the accessories. It comes with screws driver from removing and installing the new battery. I don't think the screw driver is necessary but it may be for others. I am very satisfied with the service including the shipping time and everything.
