I recently bought a 2012 MacBook Pro and the battery was going out. I bought this battery and its great. it lasts a good 4 hours fully charged. it was easy to install and came with extra screw drivers. I would recommend this battery to anyone needing a battery replaced.

My old battery kept dying when the percentage gauge reached 70% (after about only 30 minutes), so I couldn't really use it without being plugged in all the time. It was definitely time to get a replacement battery. My new battery arrived yesterday and was easy to install. I calibrated it, as recommended, and today have been able to use my computer, unplugged, all the way down to 7%. The fully charged battery can go over five hours unplugged; I have a portable laptop again!
